Super quick communication. Explained over the phone what had happened to our garage door. Straight away he knew what the issue was likely to be. Gave a quote over the phone and booked a visit. Turned up on time, the issue was what he thought it would be, repaired the door in next to no time, serviced the door too! Really friendly guy, would highly recommend. Initially we reached out to ask for a new garage door to be fitted as ours was broken. The garage door man suggested they may be able to repair it instead. We booked in for repairs as this was more cost effective - communication was easy to get booked in, they updated me before their arrival, they did an amazing job repairing the door and it now works like a dream. We had an issue with our Garage door late in a Saturday afternoon We telephoned the garage door man and Charlton came out at 8.40 pm that night. He was friendly, efficient and did a great job I would definitely recommend this Company Brilliant service
