Kelly Gray carried out professional assessment, quotation and fitting. However, our policy of using local traders further paid out in this instance as e-mail* contact with the Reception 'your call is important to us' (*just 3 between third and sixth month) for order updates was hard work, with my needing to visit the unit twice to get a reply and with the ubiquitous Kelly responding on the third.

I rang to ask if someone could come and give me a quote, was told they had a fitter who lived near me and to give him a couple of hours to sort it out and he would ring me back, didn’t ring me back that day, I rang again the next morning left message asking if they could me to let me know what was happening, still didn’t ring, not happy at all with the service.
