Darren's quote was competitive and when discussing the details I felt assured he would do a thorough job. I also liked that he is an independent local operator. He brought an array of equipment and told me how long it would take for the three rooms and hallway. On my return the results were impressive throughout and a heavily used track between kitchen and living/dining area was brought up as if unused.

I have used Darren on three separate occasions, He has successfully removed heavy stains from my quality carpets. He is a very good individual who takes pride in the work he carries out. Trustworthy, polite and friendly and competitively priced, I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Darren turned up on time, made sure the working area was clear and protected and got his machines to work on a rug that the dog had relieved himself on. He systematically applied cleaning chemicals, wet vacuumed the rug and transformed it from a foul smelling floor covering to a fresh smelling rug again. Although the rug appeared reasonably clean Darren showed me the waste water and it looked like gravy. If you want to get your carpets revized, clean and hygenic, give Darren a call.

Darren Root came to clean the carpets in my house today. It was a big job taking almost 5 hours! He was so nice and friendly and he gave me some very good advice. When the carpets next need cleaning, I will certainly have him back.
