• Front door lock fixing

  Excellent service. We had an emergency as our front door lock broke down. Steve and Chris came promptly and detected the problem. They explained it to us so that we could understand. They then searched for the replacement part, ordered it and came back best day to install them. They also fixed the alignment of the door to the frame which was also causing problems. Very professional and courteous.

  We've used Steve three times now and been delighted every time. He genuinely cares about doing a great job and goes above and beyond each time. Each job was not straightforward and yet Steve never gave up and persisted to get the job done at a very reasonable price especially given the time that he must have spent researching the exact lock/handles required (it was a very old door that required handles to be replaced). Communication is always spot on and, on top of everything else, Steve is a lovely bloke who just wants to help. Highly recommended. Thanks Steve!

• Replaced two locks

  Steve was friendly, punctual and so knowledgeable. He went above and beyond as I had originally only asked for him to replace one lock but after discussing safety aspects and what would make me feel most comfortable, we decided two locks needed replacing. Brilliant job. Attention to detail was superb and Steve was really informative about the whole process, recommending where to get keys cut and what products to use. Can't fault the service and would recommend Steve without hesitation. Thank you Steve!

• Repair of Broken lock on cupboard door and check/fix of other door locks which were causing issues.

  Steve came round on Tuesday morning and quickly fixed the broken cupboard door lock. He advised that most of the other ‘ troublesome’ doors didn’t need the locks replacing- they simply needed oiling. One handle needed to be fixed as it had virtually snapped off. The work was done quickly and tidily. The only shame now is that I no longer have any excuse for not doing the housework as I can now access the cupboard!
