Honest, professional and great attention to detail. Really impressed with the service from the Lock Father locksmiths. I was straight through when calling, and had a slot organised immediately. The locksmith (Carl) sent to fix my problem was highly proficient and solved the problem in under 30 minutes. He then made sure all the locking mechanism and alignments were adjusted to ensure I wouldn’t get a repeat of the problem. No oversell or just clearing up the initial problem as quick as possible which was my worry. Top class service and highly recommended.

The Lockfather team attended today to replace our defective hinges on our front door. They arrived on time, were very polite and extremely helpful and completed the works quickly and to a good standard. Booking them to attend was also a great experience where they were fast, efficient and again polite. Their pricing was also very competitive and good value for the standard of service we received. After a very bad repair by another company that left our house unsecure on a Friday night, The Lock Father came to complete the repair at very short notice. Sonny was fantastic and was able to point out the issue that caused our lock to break, rather than just fix the lock itself and head home. They took the time to fix the underlying cause and talked us through the issue that we could then send to our landlord who was trying to blame us for the damage even though it was caused by very poor installation. I would highly recommend The Lock Father, and will use them for any future repairs.

Punctual and informative. Basic call out includes 1 hour labour, and it was suggested that some additional work could be done within this time to make the door close slightly better by relocating the existing latch (?) by a few millimetres - see pic below. I'm very pleased with the quality of the lock and the work.

The Lock Father helped us out massively. We hired a scamming rogue locksmith and Carl from the Lock father fixed everything working to perfection until the job was completed offering us so much help and advice. We couldn’t fault him and can’t thank him enough we would highly recommend this company and are still astonished at the sheer difference in quality of work and professionalism from the rogue locksmith to Carl. Go with your gut if something isn’t right I just wish we had called this company first. Thank you again for your help.

Trader examined and analysed the problem, diagnosed the situation quickly and accurately. Rectified the problem and gave advice for future maintenance. Also had noticed a problem with another door whilst passing and rectified that at no extra cost.
