Highly recommended for fairness and integrity
I was highly impressed with The London Plumbing Company. They provided a clear quote and a transparent price estimate over the phone right from the start. What I thought was a simple job turned out to be a complex drainage issue, which actually fell outside standard plumbing. Despite this, the tradesperson spent five hours at my property investigating the problem thoroughly. In an incredibly kind gesture, I was only charged for 2.5 hours of their time, which was exceptionally fair. Efficient and Professional Service
When I contacted the company to arrange boiler service, they were helpful and gave me a suitable time which was confirmed in a follow up email. The boiler engineer arrived on time and was professional. He undertook the servicing promptly and efficiently. He was very helpful and answered some questions that I had. Prompt, friendly, reliable, eficient.
Asked TLPC to come give the boiler a check and make sure all was in order for necessary gas certificate. They were prompt, arriving when promised, friendly and efficient.
