Elliot attended yesterday, quickly found the problem and dealt with it efficiently and effectively. We have used him twice before in the past and have always found him to be professional, honest, approachable, friendly and efficient. If you are looking for someone to solve a pest problem, Elliot can be relied and we would not hesitate to recommend him.

Elliott is very knowledgeable and nothing was any trouble. We thought might be mice and ended up being rats entering the house via a drain. Elliot identified the problem, solved the immediate problem and put in a long term solution. Readily popped back to check all was ok. Would use again with out hesitation. But hoping will not need to!

Elliott is very knowledgeable, I explained the situation and he made a recommendation on how to proceed and an estimate for the work. When he attended the property Elliott reviewed what needed to be done and adjusted the estimate downwards as the house was empty. The work was carried out in good time and a full written report detailing the work carried out was provided.
