10 Replacement of hot water tank and immersion heater

Delighted with Sam and Phil. Sam is a very pleasant young apprentice. Phil is very thorough and neat with his pipework using traditional solder. He is also an excellent coach for Sam, asking questions throughout the day and explaining patiently why he is approaching a task in a particular way. Sam will soak up that knowledge like a sponge. I have had two different plumbers through this company doing work for me and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Barry has done a variety of plumbing work for me for years and is always super helpful, polite and efficient. Today, Karl came to service the boiler and fix a radiator issue. He did both jobs efficiently, professionally and was super polite and instructive. It was a tough job removing a cold water tank from the loft. I felt a bit bad when I heard him groaning as he cut a cold water tank...
