We had Steve come out to look at an issue with our chimney. He advised that a partial roof replacement was needed. He did this work, however it failed to address the issue. He subsequently came back and assured us that he would resolve the issue however this has not happened. Communication has been extremely challenging and he is now completely unresponsive. This is very frustrating after we paid him a substantial sum of money to complete the work he said was needed to address the problem. We have been incredibly patient with him but are understandably now very frustrated.

After 10 months of no communication, I write this review. Despite thorough research and multiple quotes, I chose them due to their convincing communication and mid-range pricing. They repaired a leak near the chimney that caused water damage in two rooms and provided a "5-year guarantee." However, the leak persisted the day after the work was completed. Despite multiple promises, they never returned to fix it and eventually ignored all my calls and texts. The ongoing leak has caused severe damage, leaving me unable to sell my property and I cannot repair until roof is fixed.

Steve and colleague arrived to look at my leaking roof light and quickly spotted a loose screw which appears to have been causing the problem as the corner of the window where the leak was had risen and I am delighted to say that so far so good with no further leaks despite heavy rain! They didn’t want payment and asked that I kept them updated, were polite, clean and professional, good communicators. Thank you Steve, you saved me spending £900 elsewhere!

Work completed to an excellent standard and all rubbished removed at end of job. Also 5 yr warranty . Would definitely recommend.

Firstly just really nice guys. Polite, responsive and on time. I guess the true quality of a leak repair will manifest over time, but based upon their knowledge and the carefulness of all the visible parts of the repair, I am very confident in the work done. Very highly recommended.

My experience was excellent. The Roof Repair company were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They fixed a hole which was causing rain to leak through my ceiling. I really appreciated their turnaround time, friendly service and reasonable rate.
