Tom is a rare find—knowledgeable, hardworking, and a 'proper' professional. He installed a new circuit for me, providing a quick quote and a fair price. He got stuck in at an agreed date, worked hard and left the place spotless. Excellent communication from start to finish. He even helped me to comment on another matter. I feel very lucky to find such a helpful and competent tradesman.

Tom was a delight to deal with. He impressed me with the thoroughness of his initial assessment and offered to do the work (the replacement of outside bollard lights) at a competitive price. He attended promptly and his communications were excellent throughout. He came over as thoughtful, diligent and just a very nice chap.
