A rat was coming into my home but I had no idea how it was getting in. On the third visit an entrance was found under a kitchen cupboard, poison and wire wool were left in the hole. I was instructed to cement the hole which has been done and there has been no further issues downstairs.

This was unfortunately the second time we have had rats in the garden. This recent visit Steve attended and carried out a thorough check of mine and my two neighbours gardens. He made a plan which he explained with professionalism and knowledge. He made two visits and the rats were gone!! Back to sitting in the garden enjoying the sunshine. I would have no hesitation in recommending this Company.

Very pleased with the work Top Cat did for us - mouse population control. No hesitation to get stuck in despite poor access around the property, and sensible advice given both in the immediate fix and longer term prevention options. Reassuring and clearly very experienced in their field, we'll be using them again as and when we need to.

They were very quick in responding to my request. Good communication and great availability. Steve came out the next day, explained clearly what he was going to do, got rid of the nest and cleaned up after him. I would highly recommend this company.
