Renovation of Emsworth Hotel
We have been using Dan and his team for a couple of years on various projects, from large oak framed porches to the redesign of our function rooms and associated roofing. The site was always left clean as we operated during all works. Dan's team were polite, efficient and fair in all dealings. TCG are the only builders we use and their work has been applauded by our guests many times and we have no hesitation in recommending them. Paul, owner, Emsworth Hotel.

Fitting ensuite shower and WC
Although a small area - converting part of a bedroom into an ensuite, it was fairly involved - a new soil pipe and drain had to be dug, brickwork cut to fit a window as well as plumbing, carpentry, electrical work, plastering and redecoration afterwards. Had a couple of minor hitches with the plumbing, but these were easily rectified and we are delighted with the finished job. All the tradespeople used by Total Construction were friendly and courteous.

Construct a buttress to a flint wall and pointing of the wall
Buttress well built to tone with other buttresses on this long wall. Very neat work, and left very clean. Pointing done with skill and care

Two storey extension plus internal reconfiguration.
We were very pleased with the end result, the work was excellent. There was someone on site at all times and they were hardworking, courteous and always happy to do extra work at our request.
