Fantastic service, on time, on budget, super careful with very old heirloom furniture as well as workshop equipment. The team led by Alex were really polite and courteous, quick operators with a keen eye to do the job properly nothing was too much trouble..they even built our bed which they weren't contracted to do..Can't recommend Total Relocations highly enough. From the first moment they arrived the team were fantastic, they controlled the entire move and made our first proper house move easy as anything. Alex the Director has been extremely helpful & accommodating especially as we had multiple last minute date changes. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. We were lucky to have several companies to choose from with our move but once we met Alex were sure we had found our removal company. Although the process of actually moving was delayed numerous times, Total Relocations couldn't have been more accommodating. Top quality service from Alex's team. Turned up on time and carried out the work very quickly and efficiently. I can't fault them. A 3 man team turned up and they expertly manoeuvred all the furniture without damage. They also took down our bed and my daughters cot and put them back up in the new house. I really could not fault Total Relocations and have therefore scored them 10 in all aspects. We received a timely estimate in response to our initial enquiry, this was confirmed on production of a detailed inventory. Alex was helpful throughout and he and Aidan arrived on time, completing the loading process easily and with great care for all our belongings. At the destination, unloading was equally efficient and careful. We could not have asked for more - a really excellent service that I would recommend without hesitation.
