Reset Intruder Alarm The central control panel of our intruder alarm was disconnected to silence alarms which resulted in a loss of memory of the system and sensors Total Security attended and successfully reprogrammed the system and all associated sensors in approx. 1 hour. The tradesman was very knowledgable in general and knew the system well enabling him to successfully reconnect the system and sensors We were very happy with the outcome and would not hesitate to use Total Security Services again

Steve Walsh was very helpful and polite and kind enough to explain what he was doing and help me understand what to do to get my system back on track. He also makes the effort to come out when I ask him to do a job. Highly recommend him.

Nothing is too much trouble for Steve. He’s always happy to help and will come to sort any issues straight away. He’s also super tidy and cheerful!

We had a problem with our external alarm sounding when it was not set and we were at home. Steve came out on a bank holiday, but the main control box was faulty. Within a day, he fitted a new box and controller and problem solved at a reasonable cost. Thanks Steve.
