Lewis came out three times in total, to assess and carry out work for three different issues. On all three occasions, he gave informative and honest feedback and carried out the work needed in a very professional and helpful manner. Excellent work - a family company with generations of skill. Highly recommended.

I was recommended Lewis as we had a blocked toilet waste pipe, whilst trying to clear it the rod I was using broke! Lewis came out promptly when I called him and then returned the next day with a colleague to complete the job. He cleared the pipe, did a cctv survey and thankfully managed to get the rod out much to my relief! He also left the job clean and tidy. I would recommend Lewis as a reliable, honest tradesman.

I was so impressed by town and country drainage. The service they delivered was excellent and we would definitely have them back again. A lovely company to work with and sensibly priced too.

Got a quick response with a quote. After sending pictures of the job, quote was adjusted down. Arrived on time as agreed, gutters cleaned and also fixed one minor issue. Paid online after getting invoice. Wish all tradesmen would be as easy to work with as Lewis!
