  Faulty window and won't assess properly or repair under warranty

  Although this company are supposed to provide warranty cover for windows , they have said they can't fix a blown window due to impact from something hitting it without even coming to assess. I was there when the window blew from the inside out and saw first hand that nothing had hit it. Must be a faulty window or way it's been fitted to crack from the inside like that and to make an assessment that's incorrect from a photo without bothering to come out is unacceptable. What is the point of warranty if its avoided. Very disappointed not only that the window is faulty but also with the custom

  The company gave a quick quote, and arrangements were very good. Even with the confusion over the bathroom glass, (not Tradefit4u) the lads worked very well.
