We cannot recommend True Landscaping highly enough. Our garden had been neglected for several years, and we simply did not know where to begin in creating a space that would be both beautiful and easy to maintain for our family. Bert was super quick to respond to my initial enquiry. He was round the next day to give us a free quotation and then started a few days later. Great communication from start to finish. All our requests catered for and him & his team actually went over and above to sort some other issues in our garden. They finished the whole job to a high standard in only one day. We can’t believe the difference and so happy with what they’ve done. We will certainly be using Bert & his team for other work in the near future! Highly recommend!

I hired Bert to install a 5m channel drain to fix flooding, but the work hasn't resolved the issue. The channels weren't properly connected, with messy silicone and concrete used as a quick fix. Joints in the channels have large gaps filled with concrete, and other parts have cracked and lifted. Water still pools due to poor fall. There is damage to my drive and my neighbour's side. Only 4m was installed, yet the price was increased and VAT was added without a supplied VAT number. When questioned he removed the extra charges on condition I paid his personal account. He is unwilling to return.

Bert and his team were very prompt and precise with both the quality of their work and communication. They took the time to bring my ideas to life. I am very pleased with the excellent work they carried out and equally glad that my kids can finally enjoy the garden!

Bert and his team were fantastic. We asked them to landscape our garden (including construction of a pegola). They talked us through our requirements and provided easy to understand expert advice on how they could deliver it & how much it would cost. Their work was of the highest quality and they finished the work to the timescales that we needed. Bert and his team were also incredibly friendly, helpful and hard working, which made the process so much easier.
