Communicating right from placing the job on CheckaTrade was excellent. Reasonable quote given and the work was carried out on a date and time that was agreed after going with them for the job. The guy turned up ahead of time and carried out the work to my satisfaction. Very pleasant and tidied up after himself. Very professional from initial quote from to work carried out today by Tree Trunks team. All the team David, Kelly from Admin, and the tree surgeons were very pleasant to deal with. They arrived on time and were polite and professional. They were respectful of our property and my neighbours property and the shared border. left the garden neat and tidy.
