Laid our new patio took down wall sis a fantastic job we are very pleased with the work done and would recommend

Dave started work last October. In first week he accidentally knocked our garden wall down. It took 2 months for him to rebuild wall after which he admits it looks awful and will have to get professional in to rebuild, that took another 3 months before he got someone round to do it. All this time only half of the patio job done. Obviously all profit from job gone on rebuilding wall twice and had lost interest in completing it. He then tells me there is shortage of resin so we agree on paving instead. Since then 2 months ago there has been no contact. He won’t reply to any messages. DO NOT USE!

David Tyson of TYS Construction Limited was booked after quoting 1 day to complete the job on Friday 4th June. At 1pm they start. Removed too much material from the site rather than levelling. 6 tonnes of shingle was used where only 3 was needed, shingle far too deep, 130mm deep in places. Like walking on a beach. They 'finished' at 5pm after rushing the job. Arranged for David to come back to discuss so it can be rectified. He has cancelled on 4 occasions, does not reply to messages and ignoring calls. Damaged brickwork during the job. Terrible workmanship, unreliable.

45 square meter of Tigular block paving laid. David's team of 3 worked hard from start to finished in consecutive days, broken only by the weekend. I am very pleased with the finished result, they've done a robust job. Covering the final area in the blocks was quick, the hard part was the diligent cutting and fitting of the edge blocks round the bay window and corners which takes time but was done very well. A block guillotines can be used, they are quicker but rougher, so I was pleased they hand cut them. They were a pleasant bunch.

Entirely happy with the work done by Dave and his team. There were a couple of little extras, but he included them in the original price.

Amazing work done very happy with the end result better than we expected. David dropped off samples to help us decide on the final design, kept us informed From start to finish and was always so polite and professional. Great all round will 100% be referring to friends and family
