I had the pleasure of meeting Matt today. He was on time, gave great advice, honest feedback, great sense of humour - everything you would want from your technician. Never makes you feel stupid. Explained how the remap works. I'm only disappointed he didn't take a picture of my car for his portfolio.

Cleaned DPF and engine very sufficient. Very happy with the service highly recommended.

Great advice from Cristian the technician who advised and then did the job very well thank you very much.

Engine management light and coil light came on, had my guy stick a diagnostic tool on it and it said the DPF was blocked. Booked a full 400 quids' worth of carbon clean and DPF clean. Matt diagnosed the problem as a sensor issue which would need a new sensor fitting. I could have got away with just the £90 callout fee but decided to go for full carbon clean at total cost of £210. I appreciate Matt's honesty and not trying to rinse me for a DPF clean. Would definitely use again.

The technician was polite, punctual knowledgeable and very helpful, answered all my questions and advised me about the next course of action. Would highly recommend them
