  Louis was absolutely fantastic. Really responsive, excellent communication. Understood the exact ask and made sure that the locks not only worked perfectly but also looked as neat and coordinated as possible. We’re thrilled with the result. He thought of everything and left the area clean and tidy. And the price was extremely reasonable.

  Flat front door handle replacement

  Called at 10, Louis was polite and gave clear instructions as to what he needed to assess the repair for quote and when job could be done. When he had photos he gave me a reasonable quote and came to do the job at 12:10 the same day. Got the job done with competance within 20 minutes. All round good experience and would definitely use Ultimately Security Locksmiths again, should i have issues with locks again.

  Unable to unlock my front door after a fire safety upgrade

  I got Louis' contact via an approved locksmith from my property management team because the approved locksmith didn't have availability Very grateful Louis waited 30mins for me figure out if I can call out an independent locksmith. Throughout the ordeal Louis responded very quickly and made his way straight away. If I let the property management team sort it out, I would have been locked out for another 1-2 hour

  Broken front door lock

  My front door lock was broken and had to get the whole thing replaced, the lads were helpful, transparent and really efficient with the whole process helping me to secure my house in a timely manner and I really appreciate them for it :)
