We cannot recommend Ian and Paul highly enough. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and their work ethic was exceptional. They completed our downstairs entrance and bathroom exactly as planned, on time and to a fantastic standard. They were reliable, professional and incredibly accommodating, even arranging to start earlier for us. Nothing was too much trouble, and we are absolutely delighted with the finished result. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We couldn't recommend Ultra Developments highly enough. The quality of workmanship was outstanding throughout our wraparound extension and renovation. The team were reliable, hardworking, friendly and very conscientious . They brought great ideas to future-proof our home and tackled everything from demolition, plumbing and electrics to underfloor heating, tiling and rendering. Ian, Paul, Carl and the whole team made our first renovation stress-free, and we're absolutely delighted with the result.

Ultra Developments carried out the task of converting my garage into an office space. They could not have been more professional. The quoting process was clear and they were very helpful in suggesting improvements on my plans. After having the roof replaced by Ultra Developments, we then had them widen and pave the drive and patio. Once again Ian did a great job organising everything. Jimmy, Andy & Joey did a superb job and we were really impressed with their attention to detail. They clearly take pride in their work. We've had 3 jobs completed by this company and are thrilled with every job done. Each day the site is left clean and tidy. We highly recommend Ultra Developments. Thank you to all the team.

Following on from having double glazing fitted a couple of years ago by Ultra Developments we didn't hesitate to contact Ian again to replace our roof. He is amazing organising everything with superb communication throughout. Paul and the roofing team did an excellent job and always left the site tidy each day. Excellent service from start to finish. The team carried out a full refurbishment, including knocking down and building walls, plastering, painting and decorating, electrics, plumbing (including radiators), tiling, fitting new doors, removing our old kitchen, and preparing everything for the new one. They were always on time, reliable, professional, and easy to communicate with. They explained everything clearly, suggested practical solutions, paid attention to detail, and were very accommodating when we changed our minds. The workmanship is excellent, and we would happily recommend them!
