We have just had all our windows replaced by Unique Windows and couldn’t be more happier. The fitters (Clint and Matt) were courteous, tidy and just very pleasant from the time they arrived (which was early) until they left, everything was smooth and professional. The work was completed to a high standard by competent engineers who arrived on time, and left clearing all rubbish and ensuring we were happy with the completed job - which we were. Everything about the experience with Unique Windows was excellent. Very easy at every stage to communicate with. Both from an admin perspective (responsive and clear) and when on site measuring etc. Clear quotations and then delivery and installation was easy, efficient and considerate (one of the bedrooms was for our baby who needed to nap in the day so they made changes to the order of works). Everyone was lovely to work with . I would highly recommend.
