  All round brilliant!

  Andre was absolutely brilliant from the get go, really reliable and super friendly! The work was carried out to the highest standard having done our worktops, fitting appliances and tiling! Would recommend and will definitely be using upstairs downstairs again in the future Thanks again to Andre and Ashley

  Downstairs cloakroom refit

  Downstairs loo transformed from an outside to an inside room. We had a couple of issues with dimensions (a very small space) but Ash and Andre were so helpful in solving the problems and made suggestions to ensure the room ended up stylish and functional. The dedication during the heatwave was admirable too! Would definitely recommend.

  Excellent full kitchen refit

  We recently had our kitchen fitted by Andre and his , and company and are extremely pleased with the result. He managed the whole project from start to finish. The quality of workmanship is excellent, and communication throughout was great. No question or request was too small. Everyone involved was friendly and helpful and they made the whole experience as seamless as it could be. Our bathroom needs a refit too, we'll be using Upstairs Downstairs after the experience we had. Can't recommend enough.

  Excellent work on my ensuite bathrooms.

  Work was carried out recently on my 2 ensuite bathrooms. Both Andre and Ashley were excellent. From start to finish their help, advice and attention to detail was excellent. Every step of the process was explained to me, and the end result verified my decision to choose Upstairs Downstairs as I was delighted. I would highly recommend them.

  Consummate professionals from start to finish, a genuine delight to work with.

  Everyone we interacted with from Upstairs Downstairs was professional, personable and punctual at all times. We’ve had lots of work done over the years at several different properties and Andre and his team are far and away the best we’ve come across. They are old school, by which I mean, they do what they say they will, when they said they would and they do it to the very highest standard. We would happily recommend Upstairs Downstairs to anyone and have done, to several friends, relatives and neighbours. As far as we’re concerned we won’t hire anyone else.

  Shower and cubicle refit

  I've used Upstairs Downstairs a few times before and they didn't disappoint! My old shower packed up and from a quote visit through to the actual work Andre and Ashley were punctual, professional, friendly and very skilled. The work was done to a high standard and finished ahead of schedule. Great value for money and I would use them again in the future.
