Urban nature have done a great job for me for at least 10 years... annual pruning of trees and a wisteria that covers the front of my house. When my 30-year-old maple got sick and was dying, I knew that Urban Nature would do a good job for me, and they did. The tree was higher than the top of the pitched roof on my two-story home. Access was difficult... everything had to go through a narrow garden gate. They did the great job I expected, and were very kind to me at a time when I was a bit emotional about losing the tree. And the price was right, too.

This is not the first time I have used Urban Nature. The crew arrived promptly and did exactly what was promised. They made every effort to tidy up after themselves and did an excellent job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you to you all.

Very efficient

I'm really impressed with the efficient, no-fuss, friendly approach from Darren and his team. It was great value and they came out quickly to do the work. They cleared up afterwards and you'd never know the tree stump had been there. They didn't even disturb the smaller plants around the bay tree. Darren also advised me on some other gardening matters, making him a very useful person to know. I'm more used to people who either quote ridiculous amounts or mess me around for months and then don't turn up, so Urban Nature is a refreshing change.
