Needed equipment testing urgently for an event. Andy kindly arranged An Engineer to come round. Bang on time, really pleasant and tidy. Thank you for the prompt service.

Visit to quote to fix ceiling lights,
Failed to turn up and the agreed time but came later the same day after a reminder. Made a note of the work and said he would get back to me in a few days. 3 weeks later and no contact.

Replacing shower switch
Andy and Marcus were fantastic. I contacted them regarding my elderly mums shower they fitted us in the next day and within 20 mins mums shower was back up and running. Friendly and courteous, efficient and reasonable cost. Thank you both once again as you also made my mum chuckle

Electrical Fault
Vale came promptly, were very courteous and spent over an hour with a tricky electrical fault. Problem solved and at a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Electric fitted to log cabin
Wow, we had electrics put up in our log cabin today. We were so impressed by the professionalism of vale electrics. Nothing was to much bother for Andy and Marcus, they even picked the lights for us. Would totally recommend to all our family and friends. Thank you so much.

New electric fuse board
My parents needed an emergency electrician. Their fuse board had issues. Andy came out within an hour and replaced the following morning. Very friendly , professional, neat and tidy, would highly recommend him.
