Bill has been servicing and keeping our very old Thorn Boiler going due to his many years of experience. He has also fixed toilet cisterns and a burst pipe and flushed the radiator system. I would highly recommend him.

Bill Houghton carried out a service on our boiler today , which he has done over the past few years. As always it was carried out in an efficient and professional manner.

Our boiler became intermittent so we called Will. Previous experience shows he is thorough, careful and extremely experienced. He identified a part that was likely causing the issue, ordered it and our old gas boiler is good for a long time yet as a result! The intermittent issue has gone. Will is always prompt and nothing is too much trouble. I will always recommend him but dread the day he retires!

Bill is reliable and experienced, happy to trust him to service our boiler and unvented cylinder. He also gave me a courtesy call to remind me it needed doing! Great service.

We have an old house that has old plumbing and luckily we have found Bill. He is a traditional plumber with over 40 years experience and can fix all Plumbing and Central Heating needs. We have some really complicated Central Heating and Plumbing issue's which needed fixing, over the last few years and nothing is too complicated for this " Genius Plumber".

Have used Bill for many years. Always works efficiently and tidily. Can be assured of a good job. Would highly highly recommend.
