Excellent service from start to finish
Ben, Frank and Matt were very punctual, helpful and polite. The work to replace a boiler and replace a shower and cubicle was done efficiently and finished to a very high standard. SMOOTH & PROFESSIONAL TRANSACTION
We were really happy with Ben and his team, they came round, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem and left it all tidy and the way he found it in no more than an hour. He arrived when he said he would, communication was good once I'd text him as tried WhatsApp first. He sent the invoice to me via email before he left the house and I'd paid it before he'd driven off the driveway, such an easy and smooth transaction, we're very impressed, especially after the two terrible gas man we had in before him who just made the problem worse. Great, respectful, capable and reliable service.
Fantastic communication throughout the whole project. Ben was mindful to notify us and discuss issues that inevitably occur when ripping out and entirely replacing two fifty year old bathrooms in our old property. Ben and his team turned up reliably, were respectful and trustworthy. Ben was helpful to suggest imaginative ideas and has transformed both bathrooms within a short time frame. New en-suite plus 2 new radiators
Excellent service from the start of the project to the end. Came to look at the job straight away then left me with brochures etc. Good communication. Prompt professional quote. My name is Ben Walsh and I am a plumbing, heating and gas engineer. I have been doing this job since 2005 and completed all my training and exams at Preston college.
My qualifications and skills include:

I served my apprenticeship with a company doing government granted heating work and a few private jobs doing solar panels etc. I then moved on to another company in Bolton. This involved a lot of insurance work which demanded only the highest standard of workmanship. As the work died down last year I decided to work for myself and have never looked back since!!
I pride myself in being a skilled engineer and always give 100% of the time meeting customers expectations and not finishing until full satisfaction has been achieved! Happy to answer any questions and overcome any issue that may be a bump in the road.
