Fixing handles on 5 windows
Very friendly and efficient , some of the window locks were broken closed so were tricky to fix, really pleased with all aspects of the work.

UVPC door lock just 'went' and we were locked out. May the 4th.. be with you... JP to the rescue.
May the 4th be with you!! and that 'force' is JP Locksmiths. Just so very impressed .. and relieved. JP answered the phone immediately, delayed another non urgent job to get to us quickly, identified the problem which was clearly explained and shown to us. Amazingly JP had a spare for a very old mechanism and proceeded to replace the old mechanism. A really professional, polite, prompt and efficient service. A rarity these days. Very impressive.
Unsticking stuck UPVC doors
Really prompt and professional service. John explained what was wrong, and sorted out the problem quickly. He also gave great tips on upkeep of the doors, to reduce the risk of further problems. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

After disappointing experiences with a couple of locksmiths it was such a relief to find JP. Knowledgeable, courteous, thorough, he took time to explain options and point out good points and bad points with current locks and doors. Absolutely first class service and reasonable price.
