On arrival Colin assessed the job and advised on the best course of action going forward. The existing main feed was old and showing sign of decay in parts. So a new main feed was agreed. From start to finish Colin kept us informed of progress of the project at all stages. A very knowledgeable guy and explained technical aspects of job in detail. The nature of this work means it is competitively priced . (It ain't cheap.) Would recommend this service.

Colin came recommended by several people I had got in touch with for replacing a water mains. When talking with the water board they knew of him by name as well! He did a good job installing the new water main to the house and was well informed. By using his moling techniques he kept disruption to the garden and to a minimum. Wasn't the cheapest we saw but it meant we could get the job carried out and signed off in one and that it was carried out to a high quality.

Colin came out on recommendation from Northumbrian Water. Within minutes advised best course of action....within a few hours he had installed a new Water supply from the meter into the kitchen floor to bypass the old lead Water pipe. Fantastic job and a very competative rate.

Mr Dodds was exemplary in sorting out our water leak & coming up with a solution to our previously unknown shared supply. He help us negotiate a solution with NW Authority & also with our neighbouring houses.
