On the first meeting the plumber was very pleasant and appeared to understand what I needed. His quote arrived promptly and it was clear and precise. He requested payment for the materials, which is not unreasonable. After payment had been made, everything fell apart with over three weeks of excuses. He failed to turn up on the arranged day / days and didn't communicate a reason unless I chased him Eventually I gave up and requested a refund of the money I'd paid. He agreed to the refund ,but nothing has arrived. He isn't someone I would ever deal with again.

I had 3 previous plumbers who were all unable to ascertain why my heating wouldn’t work over the 5 floors. I had no heating which hadn’t worked since I moved to the property. I contacted Daniel who methodically worked his way through the house. He was able to diagnose the problems, rectify and replace parts where necessary…I have the most efficient heating ever! He was friendly, tidy and respectful of my property.
