    When we bought our house, 4 of the windows has blown their seals. Dean was sent out to replace the glass. Our poor cats were darting around and acting like they were going to be murdered and he was super respectful, let my husband and I shuttle them around, never made us feel rushed or pressured. The windows that went in look great! One of the panes was broken and Dean was incredibly apologetic and kept us informed of the process fromt here. We are geting the new glass next week and are thrilled with the service we got!

    I’m so chuffed with my sliding patio doors. I lived with them being awkward to open and close for a couple of years. When John and his associate came round I could see that it wasn’t the easiest thing to fix. The doors had lost alignment and the hinges had partly pulled out. Through exceptional perseverance John and his mate fixed it. We’re now enjoying a wonderful Indian summer, with the doors gliding open and closed as if they’re new. It might seem a little thing, but it feels great!
