Exceptional service from start to finish. I had a response to my enquiry within 5 minutes and engineer booked immediately. Josh the engineer was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and identified the issue immediately. He got his hands dirty and got stuck straight in! Everyone in the office was prompt to reply, friendly and a delight to deal with. A fantastic company who stand out from the crowd. Highly recommended.

Had a recurring issue with a blocked soakaway. David Osborne from Wessex was excellent at helping determine the issue and resolving the problem along with his team. Really appreciated the assistance and focus on keeping the time spent to a minimum on the job.

The two chaps who did the work were very professional, arriving when they said they would, talking me through what they were doing and the results. They even helped a neighbour get their meter cover off before they left! Would use them again.

We called Wessex Drainage Solutions on a Sunday evening when we found our external drain was completely blocked, in the hope they would have availability the next day. They responded immediately and arranged to visit the next morning. It was a hard blockage and they originally thought we may have a collapsed drain. However, they were able to shift the blockage and use cameras to confirm the pipework was intact. We chose Wessex Drainage Solutions based on their reviews and we are so pleased we did. Their communication and professionalism is excellent, we highly recommend their services.

I asked Wessex Drainage Solutions to conduct a survey of my pitch drains to clarify the current state of the pipework. Within a couple of days Josh arrived and carried out a thorough survey fed to on an iPad type screen where I could see along with him exactly what the was condition of the full 30m run. His explanations and advice were extremely helpful providing confidence in the company as a whole. Should the time come that I require further work I will seek their services without hesitation.
