  The man turned up and I explained the problem to him. He knew what it was straight away. He explained what it was and replaced the ball valve. He also fixed another problem for me. He was very nice and efficient. He finished the job quickly. I would definately use this company again.

They went above and beyond with making a very neat, tidy and expertly executed job. Exactly what I was after. I highly recommend them.
