Very old back boiler removed (from fireplace) and new boiler sited in new location in airing cupboard upstairs. What seemed like a nightmare for my elderly parent, Tom from Whittaker Plumbing and Heating Ltd made it effortless and all at a competitive price. On install day, all floors were covered, old back boiler removed, fireplace plaster boarded professionally ready for plastering and new boiler and gas pipes installed and all up and running in the same day. All rubbish removed which was a massive help too! Would highly recommend this company if you want a boiler replacing.

The job was promptly delt with was easy to contact and communicate with. Explained the solution and cost of what job would be and was able to complet the job and resolve the issue with in a day of contacting him seeing the boiled and was out the Next day to fix it. Was friendly and professional. Will definitely use the service again in the future for any other jobs I need doing.

Fabulous service!

We have had new radiators fitted in a few rooms. Tom came and removed the old ones before we re plastered. Even though the room was in renovation he still kept everything clean and tidy. When he returned to add our new radiators he was again clean, tidy and extremely reliable. We have recommended him to friends and family and they have all said the same.

Tom was booked in to deliver my service through my energy provider. As a trusted tradesman in the local area my annual boiler service was given to Tom and he contacted me to arrange a suitable date and time. Tom is polite, friendly and very knowledgeable both over the phone and in person. He is also a very neat and tidy worker and I would highly recommend him to others. Whilst he was booked in for me by my energy company, now that I have his details I will defiantly be using him again.
