  K-render and Exterior Painting

  We recently had our house k-rendered and the exterior woodwork painted and we're really happy with the results! It's completely transformed the house. The team were reliable, punctual, and really professional throughout the whole job. I really appreciated their open communication too - they raised questions or checked in with us if we'd forgotten or hadn't thought of something and kept us updated throughout the process which gave us confidence that it was all being done properly and timely. Thanks again :)

  Demolition of a large garden outhouse and laying a new concrete base.

  Simon and the team did a fantastic job taking down our large and very old outhouse, fully clearing the site after the work was done. They also laid a new concrete base for us - and when we had a misunderstanding on size, Simon made the necessary changes without fuss. Great job !

  Really happy with the work Simon and his team have done for us. They managed to squeeze us in at short notice before Christmas, which helped us out so much. Communication was great and the guys are lovely. Would highly recommend.

  Demo of existing conservatory & laying new patio. Internal & external building works & decoration

  I don't usually write reviews, but felt compelled to do so for Williamson & Sons Ltd. We have been on the wrong end of bad building contractors previously and were nervous about undertaking any additional work to the house... Simon Williamson gave me immense confidence from our very first meeting. He was courteous, professional and knowledgable and gave the impression that he wanted to do the right thing for us. The estimate he provided was competitive and his communication throughout was exceptional. The work was of an extremely high standard and I would certainly recommend him to anyone.
