Wilxys Windows sub-conned the installation to another company. The work was done on my elderly mothers home. I was out the country and received an email from both company's the work was complete. I transferred the money. When I returned the work was not complete and it took a further 10 months to finally complete the work. Which was to a poor standard and one year on parts are falling off the roof/ fascias have slipped and guttering is not angled correctly. Gaps were left in the roof. And door installations were not even square. Happy to provide photos
