The whole process from surveying and measuring the windows (10 in total) to be replaced to the work being completed was well organised and professional. The admin team kept us up to date on job start details and the fitter’s name. As scheduled the fitter arrived with all necessary products to carry out the work. The fitter was polite, efficient and cleaned and tidied as he worked. The work was finished on time and all waste was removed. When we called, the staff were so polite and helpful. An appointment was made to suit us for their surveyor to come out. Brett was very helpful we discussed our needs and requirements and he gave us a couple of pointers. There is no hard sell, which was really refreshing. We received our quote, which was very competitive. When they came to carry out the work, they arrived on time, they were so tidy and efficient. The windows look amazing.
