  I have been calling them for over a month in regards to getting a quote for a replacement windscreen due to a large crack (approximately 20 inches). Each time I called I allowed a week for them to get back to me but to no avail. I called 3 times asking for a quote and got nothing back (they said they would call me back with it). I called the 4th time and explained I had already called 3 times prior and that no one has got back to me. They then posted another request as "Urgent" for me. Another week passed with nothing back. I called for the 5th time and SURPRISE, nothing. -10/10

As with the nature of emails, occasionally, email filters can block recipients from receiving their mail and filter these through to your spam folder.   Replacement of passenger side front window

  After a recommendation from a work colleague in an emergency situation where I needed the glass replacing ASAP, I rang and spoke to Windscreen Fixers who gave me a very reasonable quote and were able to come same day to my home address. The work carried out was of top quality and overall service on the phone and in person was exceptional!
