  Complete redesign and landscaping of large garden

  This is an outstanding company, which delivers nothing less than perfection. Our patio is perfectly aligned with our picture window, which is perfectly aligned with our set of iron garden arches. The patio tiles are cut to perfection, and sit perfectly in line with our fence. The fence stands perfectly along our boundary. The turfing and planting look magnificent. They tidy away constantly, and leave the property immaculate upon completion. Our core team (Simon and Ash) are masters of their trade: professional, responsive, affable, punctual and able to overcome any challenge.

  Extensive landscaping and design of our garden requiring varied plant species and garden structure

  Windsor and Harris are amazing! My husband and I have distinct taste on flora however we agreed an overhaul of the garden was necessary. Ollie painstakingly listened to our varied requirements and over iterations of our requirements formulated a list of plants that are traditional and exotic meeting both our requirements. Our garden can be very dark in places and we are ecstatic that even in winter it looks beautiful. The plant choice was excellent. At various times my husband had queries abs these were subsequently addressed in person to an exceptional standard. Customer services is outstanding

  Design and build garden

  Olly and the team at WHscapes provided a full design and build service - from initial design concept through to landscaping works and planting. The design chosen was innovative and contemporary which suited and complimented our new build house. The works undertaken by Simon, Tyler and the team were delivered to a high quality standard and finish, supplemented with a thoughtful approach to resolving challenges or issues. The project was completed to our exacting requirements in January 2021 and subsequently the planting came into its own in the spring and summer months. Highly recommended.

  Replacing two major hedges, widening and edging driveway, new entrance, patio, brick walls etc.

  Shockingly bad. A massive project costing mega money. Extremely bad communication with management and between them and foreman. No plans, no trees and material pre ordered. Ended up with two hedges of reject trees due to reject stock and bad planting. Lost 4 mature beech trees and 52 mature Yew trees look on their way out. Hardworking and pleasant workers, but often just 2 of them - instead of 6-8 weeks it took 17 weeks. Run out of time and left mud in garage and patio, no soil in flower beds. Brickwall was good but no planning made it stressful.

  Design and landscape of our garden.

  An awful experience. Stay away .We have been utterly disappointed by Windsor and Harris and treated terribly. We've put down a deposit in January for a project that was supposed to take 4 weeks, but it took over 14 weeks and was entirely outsourced to multiple teams. There were multiple days with no one on site. Their lack of professionalism and deliberate delay of the work on site resulted in our social and work life being affected tremendously. Only to then be chased by debt collectors for the last invoice payment which we were questioning for obvious reasons! I would give them no stars if I could.

  Hi Paulina, Your project did not go to plan, we are sincerely apologetic for this. As everyone can see, we are a trustworthy company with many fantastic projects under our name. During your project, as explained.. we lost several members of staff and had no choice but to source last minute sub-contractors to get your project complete. Unfortunately it was a logistical nightmare for all involved however we have completed your project which you are now happy with.   Garden landscaping and patio building

  The project comprised - removal of several very large oak tree stumps - the reprofiling of 600 sq metres of rough ground - adding topsoil and turfing - building a 150 sq metre patio with ceramic tiles All completed satisfactorily in 3 weeks, and to a very high standard.
