Sanded/repaired stairs, built shelves to design
Great workmanship, very thorough and tidy. Great job with the stairs (stripped, sanded, filled). Then designed and built bespoke bookshelves, and bathroom cabinet- looks amazing.

Replacement of stair in period property. Old stair had collapsed after 170-oded years of wear and tear, and long ago wood worm!
A difficult job in a confined space with access restricted by bend in the staircase. Excellent job done by Darren. Such a fine piece of work, its a pithy I have to cover it up with stair carpet!

Repair of flooring and joists just inside front door, with creation of a mat - well to hold piece of matting.
Darren did a splendid repair job on the hole in the floor and I was very pleased with his mat - well. He was very easy to communicate with, reliable on time, and charged a fair and reasonable price. Highly recommended!

All joinery in new bathroom. Shelving, cupboards built and installed, bespoke casing around bath etc etc
Very high-quality workmanship, done speedily and tidily. Darren is very nice and a pleasure to have around. Cannot recommend enough.

New kitchen, bathroom and flooring throughout the ground floor.
Darren and his team were always pleasant during the renovation works. They were easy to have in the house and always respected our opinions on how the project should finally look. I would highly recommend Wood, Nail& I Ltd and we are very pleased with the high quality finish and the overall service.

Supply furnish fit four new internal glazed oak doors.
Darren is very a skilled carpenter his workmanship is excellent. The whole experience from initial quote, agreeing start times to completion of job where all on time. He is great at offering suggestions and options as work progresses. He has good attention to detail, one of our door frames had very irregular dimensions he was very patient in getting it just right. Brilliant job would highly recommend him.
