  Excellent work by an excellent contractor.

  YBC have recently carried out a conversion to the integrated garage of our townhouse. They converted part of the garage into a dining room while also enlarging an adjoining cloakroom into a shower/utility room using a small part of the garage. From day one the work was exemplary. No matter what work was being carried out throughout the whole project it was always done to a high standard and with great attention to detail. The project was completed on time and in budget, even though we made some changes to the plans along the way! We cannot recommend YBC highly enough.

  YBC Ltd are a very professional company. They supplied a detailed quote outlying the work to be done. Started on the agreed date and completed all work within the timescale quoted. They cleared up every day leaving the work area safe and tidy. I have used this company twice and based on my experience would recommend to anyone.

  YCB Limited - Faultless service and second to none workmanship! YBC recently carried out some building works on our property, including redoing and boxing in the eaves, installing new guttering and downpipes and removing a rear wall to fit bifold doors. The end resulted has exceeded our expectations and totally transformed our home to an exceptionally high standard. They arrived promptly when they said they would, worked efficiently throughout the day, leaving each day as they found it. Honestly, you would not have known they had been in the house.

  Look no further for great workmanship

  I used this company to replace a roof on my kitchen. I was very wary about hiring a builder because friends had been through a bad experience with builders. It felt like a huge decision. I can honestly say that working with this company was one of the best experiences I have ever had. Every single person was amazing. They were very skilled, kind, fun to have around and solved every challenge without any drama or extra bills. I’ve lived in my house for eight years but it’s finally become my home and I love it. Thank you to Youles and their team. I got a new space not just a new roof. Amazing

  Impressive!

  Having had an awful lot of experience of bad builders and trades people, these guys are the real deal. They were all extremely professional, and worked hard every single day. The project ran to plan, despite it being a tricky period house basement project with dig out! Nothing was too much for them, when we added a few things on the way. I couldn’t recommend them enough. There wasn’t even a snag list at the end, as they were on top of everything. The only builder that we have encountered, that we would be delighted to use again.

  Youles Building Contractors Ltd renovated our Veterinary Practice to an exceptional standard. The building, being built in the 1800's, bought along some challenges especially with it's previous subsidence issue. They communicated well and the advice received was fantastic, I felt supported and reassured throughout the project. The work was carried out during our normal working days, the YBC team worked professionally alongside us and were great to have around. The standard of work and attention to detail was fantastic, leaving us with a functional Veterinary Practice to be proud of.
