Awais came out to us on a Saturday, the same day. He went out of his way to help us because it was a big job. He replaced the boiler, did all the pipe work and repaired the Emerson heater. He took it all in his stride, and didn’t complain even once. He was reliable, courteous and meticulous to detail. He also stayed until very late in the evening to finish the job. He also provided the gas safety certificate. I can’t recommend him enough. He is, without a doubt, the best gas engineer that has ever visited our house.

Assessed previous boiler, acquired and replaced boiler within a few days. Excellent quality of service and fitting and wholly compliment with Covid restrictions and safety measures in place.

Awais was very professional in every way. He came and looked at my boiler, told me what needed to be done and emailed me a quote and a date when he could do the work. He was very punctual both when he came to have a look at the boiler and when he came to do the job (Annual Service and replacement of Heat Exchanger Seal). I liked that he took the time to show and explain to me exactly what he was replacing. He did a thorough job and cleaned up afterwards. The price he quoted was very fair and reasonable. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family, and in fact I already have.

Contacted on a Saturday afternoon. Arrived 1 hour later and had the job completed in a couple of hours and our hot water was back on. Highly recommended

Zaz was very friendly and punctual, booked for my boiler to be serviced also he spotted other issues with my boiler and fixed those with no added cost, already recommended to a friend, will definitely use Zaz again. Delighted
