We have used A1 before. They work to a high standard and completed the job within a good timeframe. They fitted steels, rewired new kitchen and did a fantastic job laying the new large floor area. They repainted the whole area and all of the downstairs. They are an outstanding team and highly recommend them

I am writing to recommend A1 Building Contracts following their successful completion for a second project for our company. Project 2 involved constructing a new toilet area to accommodate our expanding workforce. This required the removal of an existing kitchenette to make space for the facilities. We had a great experience with A1 for our new patio. Ash came out to quote and we agreed a price and contract easily. Bobby from BD Groundworks ran the project and they worked really hard every day - through a heat wave, rain and unexpected problems that only came up once they were unearthed. Paul, Adam and Leigh were lovely guys and did a great job for us, they were very polite and respectful of our property. Ash did the rendering which finished off the project beautifully. We are so happy with the patio and can’t wait for the warmer weather to get out and enjoy it.

We had the gable end wall of our house repointed by Ash and Adam. Both are very hardworking, professional, friendly and courteous. They started on time in the morning , worked long hours and did a first class job. Everything was left clean and tidy at the end. Would thoroughly recommend.

A1 Building Contracts recently undertook a build project for new offices including mezzanine floor and the complex decommissioning of existing electrics to bring them up to current regulations which was seamlessly carried out. We had full trust in Ash handing the entire project over that incorporated design decisions including fixtures and fittings, this allowed us to focus on our day-to-day business. Working with A1 has been an absolute pleasure and has given us confidence to use Ash and his team soon to complete further projects.
