    Fridge Problem

    We made an appointment for A1 to look at our fridge which was freezing every few days. The communication was very good with an appointment confirmation email & then a text to confirm when they would be arriving on the day including one where they confirmed they were on their way to us. Liam was a very pleasant knowledgable guy who tested the fridge & suggested reasons for the problem although there was no apparent technical reason. We agreed we would monitor the situation & we would have no hesitation in contacting Liam again in the future for any appliance problems.

    Reliable, great service

    Liam was professional, friendly and provided great service. He sent me a three-hour window the night before he was due to visit and texted me on the day when he was leaving his previous job to let me know he was on his way. He swiftly diagnosed the fault with my tumble dryer (a very worn tear drop bearing which was causing it to squeak) and replaced it. He also adjusted the feet before putting the machine back into place and cleaned the area afterwards. I've done one load of drying and no squeak, so all good. I'm very pleased with the service I received and will certainly use Liam again.

    Highly recommend!

    A1 Domestic Appliance Repair came out to look at faults in both my washing machine and tumble dryer. Liam was brilliant. He communicated his arrival well, explained the fault, fitted the parts, and the machine is working great again. Highly recommend.

    American Fridge Freezer Repair

    Great Honest Service : -)

    Liam came to fix our American fridge freezer & we were very impressed from beginning to end, he was professional, polite & very helpful with information about the after care, so we will get the longest life out of the fridge/freezer. He was in contact with us letting us know exactly what was happening & when he would be returning. All round a lovely Man. I think his business will grow & we wouldn’t hesitate to call him again if we need his services.
