  Electrical rewiring quote.

  The person after scheduling a time to visit and provide a quote, did not turn up, nor did he inform about the supposed problem he faced that stopped him from coming. It was deeply inconvenient because he made me wait throughout the evening and it was only after I called him that he apologised and explained. Not good enough. He should have the courtesy to call to say he can’t turn up for whatever reasons instead of letting the customer waiting and guessing.
