A1 heating is professional and courteous. He really knows his stuff and serviced our boiler promptly and without fuss. In addition, he is genuine and trustworthy - I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him.

AVOID. This man had no idea how to install the Hive, blagged it though and left it incompletely installed. I felt bad he had spent a while clulessly installing it so paid him anyway after I sorted it out myself. However, now we are two months later and our energy bills have sky rocketed, because it was installed totally wrong and our boiler has been on continuously since. I've only learned this by consulting with experts in other forums. AVOID this person for Hive installation whatever you do.

After initially being satisfied with the work it became apparent that the job was not done as requested. The booster was not fitted as I had requested following advice from the manufacturer to get the best pressure from it. Therefore it is not working as it should. When contacting A1 Heating to come back to look into this and also offering further work in the form of Servicing the boiler, they refused to return and ignored calls.
