My comments
Cold water overflow still leaking early morning After heating has switched off. I have to empty half filled water butt collected from leak each day

I have contacted the customer first time they did not answer the phone. I call them few days later to sort out the problem after long discussion they refuse my offer and put the phone down saying many unnecessary words. I am still willing say call me one time, I will sort the issue out.
