freezer not cold enough
Steve replied soon after I posted my request as he was working in the area.Texted half an hour later to say he was on his way and soon located the problem and resolved it.Was very friendly and explained what had happened.Very pleased with the process.

Fridge maintenance , possibly gas loss. He inspected various possible causes and and added gas.
Very happy , we arranged the work quickly and communication was excellent. Completed the work in time and fridge is working fine. I appreciate he was very careful in explaining the possible causes and why the re-gas was worth trying. Steve is a really nice guy and specialises in refrigeration and knows a lot. Highly recommended
