  Fitted new toilet syphon

  Came out to replace the toilet syphon as it wasn't flushing. Soon after he left, we noticed it was leaking, said he would come back but didn't. Left us with a leaking toilet over Christmas, despite promises of coming back to fix it. Said he was in hospital just before Christmas, fair enough, but made no attempt to come back. This was over a month ago. We have now paid someone to correct the mess he left us in. Very poor.

  Yes I do recall this small job, on seeing the very old toilet I advised the loo was very old and would be best with a new toilet otherwise you are chasing the error. They insisted on repairing, and provided the part of which was of poor quality and not the normal materials I supply and fit. I carried out the repair, soon after I received a message to say it was weeping from another area on the loo not the part I had changed. I charged a very small fee as it was, if the customer listened to advice and fitted new loo or at the very least a quality part this problem would not have occurred. I feel it unfair that my reputation is hindered by a customer who wanted the cheapest fix yet I’m still the one to suffer the consequences.

  Replace leaking unvented water cylinder, re route water feeds, pressurise system.

  Lee and his apprentice arrived on time, made sure the house was kept clean and finished the job ahead of schedule. Very professional and polite; a pleasure to do business with, and throughly recommended. As a footnote, the leaking water cylinder he removed also had a faulty drain valve, yet he managed to resolved this problem with no fuss or additional water damage. A bonus point for lateral thinking!

  New Gas boiler

  Excellent, I am extremely pleased with the work carried out. Very friendly a pleasure to have them in my house. All left clean and tidy Lee fitted me in at very short notice which I am grateful for.
